Do you clean empty apartments only, or places with furniture still inside?
We're focused on cleaning empty apartments, which allows us to reach every surface, floor, and corner without obstacles. This ensures a deeper, more thorough clean that’s harder to achieve in furnished spaces.
How early should I book move-out cleaning?
At least 48 hours ahead is best. Weekends fill up fast. So do the start and end of each month. If there’s a lease deadline or building requirement, early notice gives us time to plan around it and make sure you get the full cleanup.
Is this cleaning enough to help get a security deposit back?
It covers what usually gets flagged. Kitchen grease, grimy sinks, shower walls, marks on the floor; we clean all of that. Still, landlords have their own checklists. We don’t determine what they’ll do, but we clean the place fit for a rigorous inspection.
Do I need to be at the place during the cleaning?
It depends on you at all times. As long as we have access to the property, we can carry out the full service and follow up with photos or a summary once we’re done. Just let us know what works best.
