Why is this not available as a standalone service?
Our laundry service is only available when paired with one of our regular cleaning appointments. It’s structured this way for efficiency and to ensure nothing is missed in the overall reset.
What kind of laundry do you cover?
We handle the usual loads, sheets, towels, pillowcases, guest bedding, and other household items that wash well in a standard machine. Big stuff like duvets or area rugs, we leave those alone since they need different handling. If something’s in a grey area, just flag it. We’ll give you a straight answer.
Can I request hypoallergenic products?
Absolutely. Let us know ahead of time, and we’ll bring fragrance-free or gentle detergents instead, or use the ones you specifically have put out for us. We recommend leaving those products out so our team knows exactly what to use.
What happens if machines are already running when you arrive?
Our team will wait until your machines are free or communicate with you to reschedule the laundry portion. We’ll still complete the cleaning service during your visit.
