Do you coordinate around guest check-in and check-out windows?
Yes. We plan cleanings based on your booking schedule and turnover time. If a guest checks out at 11 and the next one’s due at 3, we don’t wait until the last minute. The handoff works best when there’s a heads-up. That way, we plan ahead, show up on time, and keep things smooth.
Will you use our supplies or bring your own?
We bring our own supplies, green cleaning products we trust. It keeps things uncomplicated and uniform. But if you’ve got distinct products you want us to use, just let us know ahead of time.
Can you alert me about damage, missing items, or guest messes?
Yes. Our cleaners are experienced enough to flag anything unusual, broken items, stains, heavy messes, or signs of smoking. We’ll send you photos and a short report right after each visit, so you’re never in the dark between bookings.
Do you handle laundry and restocking too?
Laundry services can be added if machines are on-site. We'll wash, dry, and remake beds. If not, we can still handle fresh linens provided by you. For restocking, if supplies like toiletries, paper goods, or snacks are available at the unit, we’ll replenish them neatly. (For off-site restocking, let’s discuss a custom plan.)
